Crayon sub-processors

Crayon, Inc. (“Crayon”) uses certain sub-processors / service providers (as these terms are defined under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA), respectively) in connection with the provision of our services as described in our Terms, or service agreements. Certain vendors are considered sub-processors or service providers (as applicable) as they may have access to, or process customer data that may contain Personal Data / Personal Information (as these terms are defined under the GDPR, the CCPA, or other relevant privacy laws).

The following is a list of sub-processors / service providers that are, or may be used by Crayon to deliver our services including their names, locations and a brief description of the services they provide or may provide to Crayon. Updates to this list will be made regularly to ensure that our customers remain informed of any proposed or future sub-processors / service providers used by Crayon.

Infrastructure and Platform

Monitoring, Testing, Feature Enhancement and Support

The following third-parties may process incidental Personal Data and/or Personal Information in connection with monitoring systems health, platform usage and performance metrics to improve our products and services, as well as for troubleshooting and support activities.
